Symptoms
When attempting to run the actual cost process for the period
the following error occurs in the log file
ERROR

Program was terminated by signal 11
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process
3. Submit Actual Cost Process.
4. Review log file for error.
