Visit Financial Breakdown Structure Is Not Including Overhead Costs In Actual Costs (Doc ID 2929184.1)

Symptoms

The cMRO Visit screen has a Financial Breakdown Structure option that shows the Planned and Actual costs accrued to the Visit.
The Planned cost is calculating correctly and including both Direct Labor and any Overhad burdens (setup via Cost Management and BOM).
The Actual cost is only showing the Direct Labor and is not including the Overhead.

STEPS

1. R) CMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package
2. Query a Visit
3. Select Financial Breakdown Structure from the drop down and click 'Go'
4. The Actual cost displayed only includes the direct costs and not overhead
