While trying to import Migration Project file in target instance via "Migration Project Import", system is throwing error upon selecting the Package from Local file and clicking on Submit.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Process Management > Migration Project Import
2. Migration Project Package -> Local -> Choose File
3. Select and Submit

This set of activities will be ending with the error as mentioned above.
