How to create a view in iSupport to default to all users?
Login to "isupport employee user" responsibility
go to iSupport-->Support-->View/Update Service Request.
able to create a view for this user.
Without creating any views, there is a view being defaulted out of the box since only certain fields are being displayed .Need to be able to create a new view or modify this existing one.
