Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Pick Release

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pick release process is completed, but pick slip date is missing
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The pick slip date should get updated once the pick release process is complete

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility -> Transact Move order

 2. Query with MO number associate with sales order and perform Transact move order process for partial quantity.

 3. Query the move order tables and observe that pick slip date is null
