How Can Rows on Item Costs be Deleted? (Doc ID 2929582.1)

Goal

We are not able to delete rows on the Item Costs screen (OPM Financials > Item Costs). The delete option is disabled. We have changed an item from Make to Buy. How can we delete the rows that no longer make sense for Buy items?
