Need to Confirm Who Tried to Login to EBS But "Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins Report" Not Shows Terminal Name (Doc ID 2929651.1)

Symptoms

 Unexpectedly an E-Business (EBS) user account was locked and could not login to EBS.

 Changed its password and could unlock it.

 It is supposed unauthorized login by a third party and failed to login more times than the number of "Signon Password Failure Limit" Profile Option and need to confirm who/when tried to login.

 However "Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins Report" currently does not support terminal name,  cannot identify who tried to login.

 

 Steps

 3rd party was failed in login to EBS using your user account more times than the number of "Signon Password Failure Limit" Profile Option.
