Self Service HR can be approved however the approval workflow process fails with these messages when sending the email notifications:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy custom packages into the system which are related to self Service OAF related objects.

2. Submit Any HR Self Service transaction for approval

3. Getting above mentioned error.
