Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Inbound Processing

Receiving error for IR ISO shipment through Express Shipment

ERROR

Create shipment header failed

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an IR in Destination org
2. Ship the ISO from the source org in a container
3. Try to receive the IR using Express Receipt using the MSCA screen and using the shipment number and LPN number shipped from the source org
