When user tries to open Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB) user encounters an error:

"FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logon to EBS and Navigate to Payables Responsibility.

2. Click on Invoices --> Entry

3. This will Open Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB)
