Expect not to see Duplicate Resolution Codes in Service Request form


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service Requests
4.Query for Service Request and go to workbench tab
