Symptoms

When viewing the Lifecycle tab in Advanced Collections there are no invoices showing in this tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections

  1. Query a customer
  2. Click on the Lifecycle tab and verify not data shows.
