Invoices are not Populating in the Lifecycle Tab

When viewing the Lifecycle tab in Advanced Collections there are no invoices showing in this tab.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
- Query a customer
- Click on the Lifecycle tab and verify not data shows.
