User updated the claim with Offer Code to apply offer earned accruals to claim but receive error 'Offer Accruals Does Not Exist For The Claim Customer' when saving changes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Claims
2. Associate offer to claim
3. Error
