System is throwing an error on pressing 'Find' button in Process Recovery form.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India responsibility.
2. Recovery Management> Process Recovery.
3. Enter search criteria and click on Find button.
