The Service Contracts Quick Menu Shows Service Quick Menu Items

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to use the OKS Quick Menu functionality by navigating (on a Service Contract) to: Tools > Quick Menu, it brings up the 'wrong' menu. There are several items listed on the menu:
Manage Critical Customer
Maintain Relationship Plans
Create Fulfillment request
Search Knowledge Base
View Customer Product
When you click on any of these items you receive the following error:
Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.
The Quick Menu functionality in OKS was added via patch 3642339.
