Unit Selling Price Defaulting In Sales Order Line Is Invalid (Doc ID 2930221.1)

Symptoms

When a sales order line is split the unit selling price for split line is changing. This issue is happening when ordered UOM is different from pricing UOM and post split, split line pricing is returned as pricing UOM price (not based on ordered UOM).

-- Expected Behavior
Expect to see correct unit selling price on split line.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping Transactions form.
3. Partial ship the line.
