Symptoms
Bank Statement MT940 File, All Records Are Not Getting Loaded Into CE_STMT_INT_TMP - Loaded Successfully till 50 Records, Then Ignored Remaining.
Observe that many MT940 statements are not getting loaded. It seems either it is partially loading or not loading any statement lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Bank Statement Loader Program.
2. Select the parameters of Path which means file location and File Name which means received from Bank.
3. Identify the Error details in the Log file of the program.
