GLTRBAL1: Trial Balance Report Not Matching With Exported Journal Data

Symptoms
Trial Balance report is showing debit and credit amount for specific balancing segment value which is different from journal data exported for posted journals of same balancing segment value.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Requests
3. Click on Submit a New Request button
4. Provide request name as Trial Balance - Details
5. Submit request
6. Review output file of the request
7. Navigate to Journals > Entry
8. Query journals for specific period and posting status as Posted
9. Export the result set
10. Compare debit and credit amount of exported data from request output generated in step 6.
