Task Number Unavailable After Entering Project On Quality Workbench (Doc ID 2930667.1)

Symptoms

In Quality Workbench, Collection Results, Task No is not becoming available after entering Project No, therefore a warning message is shown

"Warning! This section will delete the quality results in this collection plan and in other associated child plans. Do you want to continue?"

After pressing No, the task no becomes available. User is expecting Task No should become available after entering Project No details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Quality
2. [N] Workbench > Collection results
3. query Collection Plan
4. Press on the collection Plan
5. Click Update for updating results
5. Enter Project No
6. Observe warning message
7. Click No, task no becomes available
Click Yes, task no does not become available.
