Offer Advanced Options Fields Default Back To Original When Entering New Product Line

Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version,
Actual Behavior
User creates Promotional Goods Offer in Draft status. When populating the Advanced Options screen like columns Phase and Bucket, the changes are not saved.
Fields go back to the default value when entering additional product lines.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Select Offer, go to Advanced Options
3. Populate / change field, click update.
