Symptoms
Customer is on ECC version 7.
G-Invoicing ECC Dashboard - View Performance Obligation Page is taking 30-40 seconds to open.
This happens with all responsibilities and users.
Steps

Login a Projects responsibility
1. Navigation: G-Invoicing ECC Dashboard
2. In G-Invoicing Dashboard >> GT&C tab >> Header (Orders TAB):
3. Click the link in the "View Performance Obligation" column.
It's taking between 30 to 40 seconds to open.
Expected performance: to open the page immediately after clicking the link.
