Symptoms

When attempting to upload the KIT Item using the WEBADI template, the following error is captured in EGOIJAVA log.

Error
ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Development Manager responsibility
2. Go to Item Search -> Query for the Item -> click Update
3. Download the WebADI Template -> Populate the values -> Upload
4. The program "EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program" will fail with the mentioned error
