Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Setup Issues
When trying to create a new region or update an existing region in the Regions and Zones form,
the following error is raised:
ERROR

APP-WSH-231047: Region with the same name or code already exists. Please change the name or code.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

3. Setup
4. Regions and Zones
