User observed Trx_text value is missing for old statement lines after patch 34731274:R12.CE.C applied.

SQL> select STATEMENT_LINE_ID, creation_date, TRX_TEXT from apps.ce_statement_lines where STATEMENT_LINE_ID = XXXXXX;
 
Note that trx_text was missing.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Cash management > Bank statement
2. Query statement and lines
3. Check description field
