ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Item Master form "Web Option" tab is greyed out


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------

"Web Option" tab should be enabled in the Item Master form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Item Master and Query the Item

    Nav: Inventory > Items > Master Items> Query Item > observe that "Web Option" tab is greyed out.
