Notifications Are Not Shown In a Sequence on selecting "Display Next Notification After My Response" Checkbox (Doc ID 2931203.1)

Symptoms

On selecting "Display Next Notification After My Response" checkbox at worklist, notifications are Not shown in the sequence as shown in the Worklist.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
-----------------------

1. Login to EBS.
2. Go to Full Worklist.
3. Open first notification.
4. At the bottom left corner, select "Display Next Notification After My Response" checkbox.
5. Action the notification.
6. Random notification is shown as the next notification.
