Problem Statement:

The approver cannot attach a document in the EIT (Extra Information Type) Approval Notification Response Section before approving a transaction, because it does not have any functionality in this regard when providing an answer.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Employee Self-Service responsibility.
   
   
2. Navigate to Extra Information > Add > Fill the information > Apply > Next > Add a document for approval > Apply > Add a comment to approver > Submit.
    
3. Log in with the approver user and navigate to Oracle Applications Home Page > Worklist > Select a request.
   
   
4. Notice that in the response section, the approver cannot attach a document before approving a transaction, because it does not have any functionality in this regard when providing an answer.
