Trade Management Claim Is Stuck In Pending Close And No Data In Payables AP_Invoices_Interface Table (Doc ID 2931307.1)

Symptoms

Trade Management Claim is in Pending Close status that was approved and settled with Check payment method.  There is no data in the AP Interface table for this claim.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Claims
2. Review the Claim, currently in Pending Close
3. In Payables check the AP Interface form, no invoice created referencing the claim.
