Unable to Export received quote while clicking on "Analyze by Spreadsheet" for RFQ

ERROR

  This page isn't working right now
  abcdefg.bbb.ccc.dddddddddddd.com sent an invalid response
  ERR_RESPONSE_HEADER_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing > Buyer Work Center > Negotiations tab
2. Award By Spreadsheet
3. Format = XML Spreadsheet - Rich Style (.xml)
  Quotes = Short-listed
4. Click Export button
5. Error occurs
