Attachments not opening in iProcurement PO Details form (PosViewPOPG)
When going to the requisitions form and after querying on an order the attachments can be viewed in the General section under Order Information (the attachments box opens as expected). When clicking on any of the attachment icons in the PO Details section the attachments popup form does not open. This is happening in both MS Edge and Google Chrome.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Requisitions > Requisitions
2. Order information > click on Attachments icon
3. Attachments popup screen does not appear
