Receive Error JBO-25058 And Not Able To Export Data From Installed Base (Doc ID 2931396.1)

Symptoms

Log in as Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility, In the item instance page User does the search to populate the table section.  User then
clicks Export button, receives below error. 


Error
The Flexfield listener failed while getting the value for segment Context Value from column CONTEXT of the descriptive Flexfield with application short name CSI and name Item Instance Flexfield.
Please contact your system administrator.
The exception error message was: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition Context of type Attribute not found in InstanceSearchVO.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav: Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instance > Item Instances
2. Select the Simple Search to display.
3. Enter item, select from lov and Click Go
4. Click Export button. Receive the error.
