Symptoms
In Manufacturing Execution System, Process Dispense Material Label does not print when printer is assigned at "Format" level
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. MES Workbench > Dispense label > See label request submitted
2. Warehouse management > Inquiry > View Label Requests > Review label request history > See the request submitted, but no printer assigned > Labels could not be printed to a physical printer
What is working
----------------
Printer assigned at other levels (User/ Responsibility/ etc. ) work as expected, but not Format level.
