Symptoms
When the user is trying to create an iExpense Report is getting the following error message
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Internet Expenses responsibility
2. Create a new Expense report
3. Enter the mandatory fields
4. Click on Next
5. The error message occurs
