Professional Tax for Madhya Pradesh state is deducted for complete year even if employee is terminated in mid-financial year.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to India HRMS Manager > People Enter and Maintain > Other > End Employment
2. Terminate employee before financial year end in any month.
3. Run Payroll/ Quick Pay for last pay month and check SOE.
