Symptoms

G-Invoicing - Servicing Side Performance Obligations - Line Schedules - Servicing Agency TAS LOV: Performance Issue. The LOV takes a very long time to fetch the TAS value. 


Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Project Command Center
2.  G-Invoicing -> Create/Associate Project -> Performance Obligation -> Line Schedules: Servicing Agency TAS (LOV)
