Symptoms

When trying to associate an Employee to a Resource, the list of values for the Employee field is empty.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Manager responsibility > Setup > Warehouse Configuration > Resources > Employees
2. See the list of values is empty
