Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, SUPPORT
When attempting to close the PA Period the following error occurs
PA_GL_PERIOD_PEND_MFG
When running Cost Collection Manager
the following error occurs.

CSTPPCCB.pm_insert_pti_pvt(13): FAILED TO GET ACCT. No Account Retrieved.(56) Txn_id: XXXXXXXX CE: 2 Rsrc: XXXXXX Src_flag: -1 Borrow payback variance: -1 - No capitalization accounts were obtained from the manufacturing subledger for this transaction. Either the cost distributor failed or the setup may have changed since the transaction was initiated and before the cost collector was run.

1. Login using a Project Manufacturing Responsibility>Run Cost Collection Manager
