Opening Customer Page in Multiple Browser Sessions Causing Error Stale Data (Doc ID 2931990.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

While updating customers in different tabs, the following error is received in customer page:

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
Cause:
The number of displayed records, 4, exceeds the actual number of records, 2, in view object AcctOviewAM.HzPuiAcctSiteAM.HzPuiAcctSitesTableVO. Some of the displayed may have been deleted.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
      1. Using Receivables Manager Responsibility
      2. (N) Customers > Create/Maintain Customers > right click on Customers and open in a new tab
      3. Query a customer > Click on View Details Icon and make a change (Ex. modify the Customer Status field) > Save
      4. Open customer search form in a new tab again (from the first home tab) and search a different customer
      5. Click on View Details Icon on Account > make a similar change > Save
      6. Switch to the previous customer search tab and modify some values (Ex: Eliminations Dept) and click Save
