Problem Statement:

While updating customers in different tabs, the following error is received in customer page:

Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
The number of displayed records, 4, exceeds the actual number of records, 2, in view object AcctOviewAM.HzPuiAcctSiteAM.HzPuiAcctSitesTableVO. Some of the displayed may have been deleted.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
      1. Using Receivables Manager Responsibility
      2. (N) Customers > Create/Maintain Customers > right click on Customers and open in a new tab
      3. Query a customer > Click on View Details Icon and make a change (Ex. modify the Customer Status field) > Save
      4. Open customer search form in a new tab again (from the first home tab) and search a different customer
      5. Click on View Details Icon on Account > make a similar change > Save
      6. Switch to the previous customer search tab and modify some values (Ex: Eliminations Dept) and click Save
