The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)(R)Lease Super User-->(N) Lease --> Check for a Contract that has an Service Lines
2)Create and approve the quote on Asset Line
3)Accept the quote
4)Check for Termination Quote Acceptance Workflow status
