Users Cannot Log Into Mobile Field Service After Applying The October CPU (Doc ID 2932075.1)

Symptoms

After the October CPU security patches were applied, when users go to the external node for logging into the Mobile Field Service application (csfw.jsp), the web page is blank. Users can access the csfw.jsp page, however it is blank.

Login to Mobile Field Service Web page (csfw.jsp)
