Symptoms

The Bill amount field is NULL for a few expenditure items in the table PA_CUST_REV_DIST_LINES_ALL. 


Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Query the table PA_CUST_REV_DIST_LINES_ALL in SQL PLus
2.  select bill_amount from PA_CUST_REV_DIST_LINES_ALL where project_id = XXXX - Note the BILL_AMOUNT field is NULL
