Performance issue with "Provincial Year End Preprocess" process. The Concurrent Program is taking more than 24 hours to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Applied following patches:

<Patch 33527653>    HRMS RUP 16 mandatory for Year End 2022  
<Patch 34528072>    Q3 2022 Statutory and JIT Update  
<Patch 34650000>    End of Year 2022 Phase 1  

2- Navigate to CA HRMS Manager > Submit Processes and Reports >Submit  "Provincial Year End Preprocess" completed in 27 hours .

 

Changes

The following patches have been applied:

<Patch 34528072>  Q3 2022 Statutory and JIT Update
<Patch 34650000>  End of Year 2022 Phase 1
