Symptoms
When user is trying to query an invoice on Invoice workbench form, the following error occurs.

FRM-41050: You cannot update this record

FRM-41050: You cannot update this record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility > Query the Invoice
2. Getting the above error.
