ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manufacturing picking does not abide by Pick Load Page setting

A task setup with a pick load page that allows over picking without exception set to Yes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Over Picking should be allowed without exception

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Job and release the components
2. Release the task for the Job
3. There are 3 tasks for the Job, 2 are same task type and 1 is different task type
4. Login in to MSCA to perform the pick drop
5. Manufacturing pick
6. Enter the Job Number
7. Enter the item, Pick and drop completed for 2 same task items
8. Enter the item for another task, the pick load page is not defaulted.

Due to this issue, users cannot pick over quantity
