Goal
What are the steps required to have the 'ZA ETI Counter' balance value at person level instead of assignment level?
For example: Employee is rehired and new assignment is created, but the 'ZA ETI Counter' balance value is resetting back to '1' instead of taking the value from the first assignment.
Employers will be able to claim the incentive for a 24 qualifying month period for all employees who qualify. ETI (Employment Tax Incentive) may only be claimed for a total of 24 qualifying months.
