Registered Concurrent Program Is Not Visible To Responsibility and Not Available in Drop Down List (Doc ID 2932439.1)

Symptoms

After adding a concurrent program to a request group the program is not available in the FNDRSRUN (Request Run) form.
User is unable to find the program in the drop down list of available programs.

 

Steps to Replicate:

Executed Steps Under "Running the Analyzer as a Concurrent Request".


1. Log into Responsibility: System Administrator.

2. Navigation: Security > Responsibility > Define.

3. Query Receivables responsibility being used: "Receivables Manager", for example.

4. In the "Request Group" block, make note of the name:
    Name: Receivables All
    Application: Receivables

5. Now navigate to: Security > Responsibility > Request

    a. Query Request Group name from step 4: Receivables All.

6. Add an entry for the Program, such as "Receivables Transaction Analyzer" (from Doc ID 2058269.1) to the request group being used.

7. Save.

8. Login in to the responsibility "Receivables Manager" and try to run the newly added report from Reports > Other. The added program is not available in the list.
