Symptoms

Unable to export iExpense report number due to the following error:

 

ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-10000: User-Defined Exception occurred in with parameters () while
performing the following operations: occurred in GetExpenseClearingCCID with parameters () while
performing the following operations: ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72 ORA-06512
at "APPS.AP_WEB_DB_AP_INT_PKG", line 1456 occurred in InsertCCLine with parameters ()
while performing the following operation: Occurred in AddCCReportL


Steps to see the error once the Expense Report Export shows a failure:

  1. Log in as the Workflow Administrator
  2. Navigate to / Administrator Workflow / Home
  3. Query the Failed Activity from the Expense Report Export
