Some Items Allocated Of The Work Order Are Not Visible In Material Issue Option (Doc ID 2932470.1)

Symptoms

When searching for a job via the Material Issue form via OAF, the work order being search is not available. When searching
for the same job via the Work Order tab, the job can be found. This is a recent upgrade from 12.1.3.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: maintenance super user
2. navigation: home->Stores->Material Issue
3. search for the work order.
4. No results found under Material with no Lot or Serial Control
