Symptoms

Problem Statement:

While creating a Bill To site, the system returns the following error:

The following SQL error occurred: ORA-20005: exception when others. ORA-01403: no data found.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
       1. Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
       2. Query a customer and click on details
       3. Click on Create Site and then Create Address
       4. Populate the address details and Purpose to Bill To > Save/ Apply
