Running concurrent "PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events" completes with error

Steps to reproduce :

With a projects responsibility, run the concurrent : PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events
 Menu View=> Requests => Find request form => Submit a new Request

In the output log of the concurrent PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events, the error will be displayed "Original transaction is not accounted in final mode".

In the debug log of the concurrent "PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events", bellow error can be found:
